Helloworld scored a major client this week – the entire Australian Government.

 

 

According to the company, its wholly-owned subsidiary, QBT has been appointed as the sole provider of travel management services to the ‘Whole of Australian Government’.

The four-year appointment commences immediately, with Australian Government agencies transitioning from their existing agreements to the new structure over the next six months.

As part of the agreement, QBT will provide travel management, an online portal and booking tool plus reporting and offline booking services to around 142 government agencies.

“The tender process run by Commonwealth Government, through the Department of Finance has allowed QBT to demonstrate its extensive travel management expertise and continued advancements in technology and customer service. This contract provides a powerful platform for the ongoing success of QBT.”

Currently, Helloworld manages around 58 Australian government agencies, which makes up 65 percent of the company’s TTV.
