Creative brings book & hold airfares online

Creative Holidays has rolled out new features on its recently launched travel agent website, which are designed to offer more flexibility when consultants book online.

Dubbed ‘Version 2.1’, the website officially launched last month after months of transitioning the old site.

Since, Creative says it has listened to feedback provided by agents and looked at insights and analytics to roll out new updates that make booking online simpler.

Among them is a new book and hold feature for airfares.

Fares that were previously instant purchase can now be booked and held without payment, according to fare rules.

This allows agents to secure a fare option until their client is ready to pay.

Agents can now request hotels through the site.

Also new to the site is an ‘on request’ option for hotels.

Previously the service was online available through call centres and allows agents to request pricing for any property around the world.

Upgrades now allow agents to use the site to search, differentiate, book, hold and make instal purchases within the search results listings.

There’s also access to additional deals and last minute offers.

Creative Holiday’s MD says new features are designed to make the process of booking travel simple.
