helloworld’s new ‘hello You’ customer service excellence training is already proving a huge hit with consultants.

helloworld’s new ‘hello You’ customer service excellence training is already proving a huge hit with consultants.

Round One of the network-wide training initiative has just concluded in Brisbane with helloworld’s Frontliners Conference in Adelaide this weekend providing an opportunity for those already benefitting from the program to share in their experience of it.

Developed by leading global training expert and PeopleInProgress CEO Terry Hawkins, the comprehensive program for Brand-carrying members empowers customer-facing staff with the skills to positively influence, engage, and create strengthened, long lasting customer relationships.

hello You is a transformational opportunity for us to redefine the way travel is sold in Australia and we’re off to a flying start,”

Julie Primmer, Head of Branded Networks

“We want helloworld to be synonymous with quality and customer service excellence and that’s why our ‘hello You’ initiative is so important. ‘hello You’ builds on the skills our consultants already have and will help them amplify those skills to deliver exceptional customer support, grow loyalty, and, in turn, achieve fantastic results for their agencies.”

The feedback from agents who have already completed the programme has been equally positive.

“I feel empowered to help me and my staff fine tune our selling processes plus we’ve benefitted from the great tips to follow for a 100% guaranteed sale,”

Suzanne Geale, helloworld Kiama

“It was great to learn how to sell appropriately in today’s world and I will return to the office excited to sell. I’m definitely not as negative about Internet competition now. The internet has no personality and can’t suggest related products and definitely can’t show empathy.”

“We came in thinking that we knew a lot about selling travel,” Sam O’Donnovan, Northshore Travel Gordon said. “We came out of the training learning to understand the customers’ purpose before trying to sell. What a fantastic 3 days it was!”

Yvette Gray, Sylvania Travel & Cruise

Round two of the ‘hello You’ program is being rolled out nationally to helloworld’s Brand carrying members during February and March 2015.
