helloworld unveiled a range of new initiatives and products to a record number of delegates at this year's Frontliners Forum held in Cairns over the weekend.

Around 505 agents made the most of a jam-packed weekend with informative sessions, workshops, presentations and business updates.

CEO, Elizabeth Gaines, said the Forum was an ideal location to update agents on investment in technology, training, product and profile.

Among the new tech and products launched at Frontliners this year include the ‘in-App Booking commission’, which allows consultants to earn commission on a majority of flight, hotel and car hire bookings made via the iOS and Android app.

There’s also the new scholarSHIP – created in partnership with CLIA, it’s a “new to cruise” six month modular program designed to boost consultants’ capacity to tap into this rapidly expanding market.

David Padman, Head of Associate and Affiliate Networks updated delegates on the significant progress across the network in entrenching a leadership position while Julie Primmer, Head of Branded Network provided analysis of the rapidly changing consumer landscape and the strategies which helloworld is deploying to harness the opportunities.

The three-day event culminated with the Gala Awards Dinner, which acknowledged high achievers across the network.
