To take part consultants need to click here and answer a series of online questions. Finalists will then be announced on 26 October 2017.
As part of this year’s Scholarship, judges are shaking up the process by focusing on innovation in customer service. This means, Travel Agents will need to demonstrate how they’ve used social media and technology to deliver a memorable customer experience.
In addition to receiving the scholarship, the winner will receive Qantas travel to the United States, Europe or Asia to attend a Phocuswright conference along with CLIA membership, free registration to Cruise360, a on-call personal/professional coaching for 12 months from Polonious Resources and two tickets to the 2018 NTIAs.
