You can now salute the winter sun at Sydney Opera House thanks to the launch of Sunrise at the House, a new indoor yoga series designed to help both Sydneysiders and tourists beat the winter blues.
Sunrise at the House will be held in the beautiful surrounds of the Concert Hall Northern Foyer where there are idyllic Sydney Harbour views to take in with every bend and stretch.
Yogis can enjoy the zen experience each Wednesday, Friday and Saturday morning from July 4 to August 31.
Sunrise at the House spokesperson Miriam O’Rourke says the new yoga classes are all part of finding new ways for visitors to experience Australia’s iconic structure.
“Held in one of the most picturesque locations in the Opera House, Sunrise at the House classes will fill visitors with energy for the day and gratitude for this beautiful city we call home.
