What will you be doing in the role?
You’ll be supervising and leading a small team of three groups consultants, managing the on-ground product and service for group movements including Cruise across Australia and New Zealand.
You’ll bring your expertise to ensuring killer proposals go out to all clients, constantly streamlining processes in the team to ensure best practice, reporting weekly and managing relationships with your key suppliers across Australia and New Zealand.
What skills and experience will you need?

– 5 years minimum industry experience
– Experience in the creation and implementation of group tours
– Team Leadership experience in an Inbound or Groups Travel business
– Hands-on consulting experience in travel
– Effective communication skills and proven attention to detail
