AAT Kings and Tourism Tasmania have partnered to entice travellers to discover the ‘off season’ with a range of new, winter-loving tours that are guaranteed to wake the senses through immersive food, wine, nature and cultural experiences, that Australia’s island state is renowned for.

AAT Kings CEO, Matt Fuller said he was excited to be partnering with Tourism Tasmania and showcasing the region through AAT Kings experiences.

“I truly don’t think there is anywhere better to embrace the winter than in Tasmania and just like the tag line says, when the winter arrives, the real Tasmania wakes up, and AAT Kings has the tours to attest,” he said.

AAT Kings is headlining its Tasmanian experiences with a new 4-day Tassie Winter Warmer tour that takes in the island’s must-see sites – from the vines of the Tamar Valley to Cataract Gorge, to oyster tasting in Barilla Bay and exploring Salamanca Place in Hobart.

In celebration of this new tour, AAT Kings is offering couples $200 off the Winter Warmer Tour booking price, which includes all activities, meals, accommodation and on-the-ground transport.

Prices for couples start from $1,550 per person (including discount).

Combining spectacular landscapes with exposure to rich convict history and gourmet artisan produce, the tour will take travellers to unforgettable locations such as Port Arthur, the wilds of the Gordon River, Freycinet National Park, Cradle Mountain and through the pristine Tarkine Wilderness.
