Aircalin (SB) and Air Vanuatu (NF) have New Year sales for flights from Australia to New Caledonia and Vanuatu respectively.

New Caledonia’s national carrier has direct return Economy flights from Sydney to Noumea from AUD$549 and from Brisbane or Melbourne to Noumea from $599.
The ticket includes all taxes plus 1x 23kg checked baggage, meal and beverage service and inflight entertainment on the full-service airline.
The SB sale fares are available to book from 5-19 January 2024 for select travel dates in 2024.
Aircalin relaunched its direct Melbourne-Noumea service in August 2023.
Answer the call of Vanuatu Sale
Meanwhile, Air Vanuatu’s latest sale ends on 16 January 2024 with return fares from Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne to destinations including Port Vila, Tanna Island and Espiritu Santo.
Sample sale direct Economy return fares include Brisbane-Port Vila from AUD$500, Sydney-Port Vila from $550 and Melbourne-Port Vila from $610.
Other options include Brisbane-Espiritu Santo return from $590, Sydney-Tanna via Port Vila from $640 and Melbourne-Espiritu Santo via Port Vila from $700.
Fares include all taxes, an inflight meal and 1x 30kg checked baggage allowance.
