For eligible purchases made with Cash Passport*, there’s coverage up to $700 for items against both theft and damage for up to 180 consecutive days. So, yes, you could even be home when you drop your latest gadget, smashes into tiny pieces, as, just like your soul feels at the moment, it hits the concrete floor. Thanks to Cash Passport, you could get a replacement!

No one likes feeling sucked in by a ‘best price ever’ sale, only the following day to receive an email saying, ‘Grab this best deal ever’ and it’s an even bigger discount, and you feel so ripped off.

We’ve all been there, but with Cash Passport, there’s now complimentary Price Protection Insurance on eligible purchases.

If the price drops after shopping or it’s seen advertised at a lower price through the same sales channel, cardholders may be able to get a refund for the difference. There are two key rules: it must be in the same city or region where the original purchase was made, and within 30 calendar days*. You can refer to the insurance T&Cs for more details on coverage.

When shopping with Cash Passport, your clients now have E-Commerce Purchase Protection. This means that if the items arrive broken and don’t function well (or at all), eligible card holders can apply for reimbursement for the covered purchases if the seller fails to refund*.

Seamless online claims  

Claiming with Cash Passport is as effortless as loading more cash on the card (i.e. super easy). For any of the three new Purchase Protection covers, claims can be submitted on the Insurance Online Portal.
