If you’re after an Aussie trip like no other in 2023, you’ll be pleased to know that APT’s popular Kimberley & Outback Adventures program is on sale right now, earlier than usual.

APT’s Wilderness Adventures tours across the Kimberley, Central Australia and Tropical North Queensland offer guests the unique opportunity to explore a region of outstanding natural beauty in small groups of no more than 20 people travelling in style aboard its own fleet of custom-designed 4WD vehicles.

To celebrate the early launch, APT is offering Superdeal savings of up to $1,600 for its 4WD Adventures when booked before 31 March 2022.

Plus, with over 50 years of Australian outback touring experience – the people at APT really are the experts in this area.

Let’s start with the most popular itinerary, APT’s much loved 15-day Kimberley Complete; a breathtaking journey taking guests on a once-in-a-lifetime journey across the remote northern areas of WA.

If you’re looking to see even more wonders of Western Australia, APT also offers its 17-day Kimberley and Top End a journey on land and sea from Broome to Darwin, which includes stays at APT’s network of Wilderness Lodges at Mitchell Falls, Bell Gorge and the Bungle Bungle Range.

Want to get rugged in QLD? Choose to cover all of the marvels of York Peninsula and northeast coast on APT’s 10-day Journey through Tropical North Queensland 4WD adventure, featuring momentous landmarks including Fruit Bat Falls and Dreamtime Gorge.

Alternatively, if Australia’s Red Centre is more your thing, you can join APT’s ultimate outback adventure, a 16-day Central Australian Discovery from Adelaide to Darwin, exploring iconic wonders including Uluru, Kings Canyon and Devils Marbles.

Included across the program are luxury APT Signature Experiences such as a helicopter ride over Mitchell Falls, exclusive access to Zebedee Springs at El Questro and sunset drinks overlooking the Bungle Bungle Range.

Don’t they sound divine?

APT’s Kimberley & Outback Wilderness Adventures product manager Kelly D’Aucort said she is thrilled to reveal the jewels of the local roads less travelled.

“Whether touring on land by custom-built 4WDs taking in the hidden gems of Cape York or cruising the stunning coastline of the Kimberley on our intimate expedition ship the MS Caledonian Sky, our guests will experience numerous magical moments across these close-to-home wonders.

“Touring the Kimberley and Outback has never been more popular and we know our guests want to explore these wonderful regions in style and with an expert team.

“It is a joy to bring our unique Australian backyard to so many,” D’Aucort said.

So the only question left now, is where would you like to start?

APT is currently the only operator who can provide both cruise and land touring options in the Kimberley and in 2023, the company has increased the number of cruise and land combination tours, providing more choice for guests than ever before.
