Radisson Blu Plaza Sydney and Archie Rose Distilling Co. offer a new twist to High Teas and is looking forward to honouring all Dads with a very special “shaken not stirred’ Fathers Day High Tea.
Radisson Blu Plaza Sydney has partnered with award-winning Sydney distillery Archie Rose Distilling Co., the first working distillery in Sydney since 1853, to create a new High Tea with a twist– the Distiller’s High Tea.
Renowned for its three-tiered sweet and savoury delights served with an array of beautiful teas, the Radisson Blu Sydney decided to “shake up” this traditional High Tea model and start with the beverages as the heroes.
The Distillers High Tea will include three of Archie Rose’s spirits range – Original Vodka, Signature Dry Gin and White Rye.
Archie Rose Ambassador Lachie Beange will provide tasting sessions for all guests providing insights into the distinct flavour notes of each spirit served with the gourmet food offerings and will also be offering a double tour and tasting voucher for each High Tea booked on Father’s Day.
The new Distiller’s High Tea is available in the hotel’s Fax Bar from July 1 through to December 31 and costs $69 per person and for the special Father’s Day celebration on Sunday 4th September between 1:30pm-4:00pm.
