Samantha was born in Portland, Oregon but found herself at Lake Tahoe after realising she wanted to put her knowledge to the test as a mixologist and combined her talent with her love of snow and the mountains.
8 years later she is still enjoying the best of both worlds Lake Tahoe has to offer and is happy to work at the beautiful establishment, Jake’s on the Lake in Tahoe City, California.

- Build over Ice in a Hurricane Glass
- 1.25 oz Myer’s Platinum Rum
- Fill with Equal Parts OJ, Guava, & Pineapple Juices
- Top 3/4 oz Orange Curacao & 3/4 oz Dark Rum
- Finish with a Splash of Grapefruit Juice
- Garnish: Cherry, Pineapple Wedge, Cocktail Umbrella
