If there’s one thing most of us can’t get enough of, it’s chocolate – and that’s exactly the notion behind Sydney’s just launched dessert destination, Cloud 9 Chocolate Café.
With a focus on everyday indulgence and celebrating the simple things in life (such as one of their hero Gelato Sliders), Cloud 9 aims to deliver a little slice of heaven every day, starting today.
Cloud 9 Chocolate Café is the brainchild of Anne McGlinchey, the chocolateur (that’s a chocolate entrepreneur by the way!) responsible for rolling out the country’s Lindt Cafes. With over 20 years experience, Anne knows more than most about the world of chocolate, and was determined to make Cloud 9’s focus high quality desserts without the matching high price tag.
Cloud 9’s unique offering is the result of Anne and her team traveling the globe, following their tastebuds in order to bring some of the world’s best and most delicious desserts to Sydney, and the resulting menu features inspiration from Italy, Portugal and the USA, plus and a whole lot of Belgian chocolate. Cloud 9 is everything a sweet-tooth could ask for, with tempting options to convert the rest. If the freshly baked cookies, brownies, gelato, chocolate shots, cakes, waffles made fresh daily, sundaes and fondue aren’t enough to make you quit your diet on the spot, the $11 or less price tags certainly will!
Cloud 9 will also be serving up a complete hot and iced drinks menu. This will feature rich chocolate drinks made with fine melted chocolate that will have you stopping in to satisfy your daily chocolate needs.
