P&O Cruises has come out of the ocean and onto the road, with a series of roadshows on the east coast of Australia.

Held throughout May, the roadshows gave travel agents the opportunity to learn about the line’s two new ships, new itineraries and all new destinations.

First roadshows in New South Wales and Queensland – Parramatta, Liverpool, Ipswich and Eight Mile Plains – attracted some 300 agents.

The fifth event was held in Gosford on 12 May.

In addition to learning about new 2016/17 products, one lucky agent at each event also won a P&O Sea Break cruise for two.

In the 2016/17 program released last month, the cruise line said it will homeport two ships from Brisbane year-round for the second year in a row.

In Adelaide, P&O will hold a season of short breaks aboard Pacific Aria including three-night weekend getaways and a four-night options visiting Port Lincoln.
