Deluxe King Room
I stayed in a Deluxe King Room which boasted a mini-bar, tea and coffee making facilities, in-room safe and wi-fi. It was spacious with 32 square metres all to myself.
The bed was incredibly comfortable and the white fresh interior colours gave the room a nice clean feel.
The shower was almost like an art installation with a tube-like design giving guests the option of showering with the curtains wide while they take in the city view. Unless you want to put on a show, be sure to close the curtain if you’re sharing with family or friends.

Chili Hip Restaurant
Making the most of Bangkok’s famous skylines, Chili Hip is located on the 20th floor serving up mouthwatering Asian and traditional Thai cuisine. Open between 5pm-11pm, you have plenty of time to reserve a table and whilst waiting for your food to come out the restaurant also serves up some pretty awesome cocktails.
The food is reasonably priced and the tartar of fresh salmon was one of the favourite dishes as well as the Tom Kha Pla Kraphong Sa Mun Prai (steamed sea bass fillet, lemongrass, kaffir lime and chilli).
Aussies who prefers to keep the cuisine closer to home will be delighted to find Australian lamb on the menu served up with spicy forest mushrooms.
This place is perfect to kick-start the evening and after enjoying a variety of dishes and rounding off the supper with an Espresso Martini you only need to walk one set of stairs up to the rooftop bar WALK for more cocktails and live music.

WALK Rooftop bar, ranked as one of the best bars with a view in Bangkok, is the perfect place to escape the traffic, heat and busy streets of the city below, whilst sipping on a cool cocktail and watching the sun go down.

The TGIF evenings feature top international beats played by Thailand’s famous DJ Ono from MET 107 Radio until 1am.
And to make things even cooler he is releases a new song each night at the party – for the first time in Thailand as a live transmission via the MET 107 station.
