Brisbane’s riverside Crystalbrook Vincent is now taking bookings for four-legged guests, opening up a new dog-friendly option for travellers heading to the Queensland capital with their pet in tow.
Crystalbrook Vincent has launched ‘Sit. Stay. Sleepover.’, a new pup-friendly, 5-star Brisbane hotel stay package, from $325 per night plus a $95 per night pet supplement.
The package pairs accommodation in a Nature Wall room with a balcony alongside dog-specific amenities, in-room pup dining and a digital concierge guide to dog-friendly walks around Howard Smith Wharves and New Farm.
On arrival, the dog receives a room set up with a cosy dog bed, Le Creuset bowls and a welcome treat.

At Mews, pups get a complimentary puppacino when their human orders a coffee, while an in-room pup menu includes a Puppy Poke bowl, Beef tartare and Chicken dinner.
Human guests get the hotel’s art-led interiors, a rooftop magnesium pool with river views and the bars and restaurants of Howard Smith Wharves at the door.

It is bookable for dogs 15kg or under, one dog per room, and is available only via the package. Dogs must be supervised at all times and kept on a leash in public areas. They are not permitted in indoor restaurant spaces, the gym or the pool area, but are welcome in designated outdoor dining and bar areas.
An additional cleaning fee of $95 applies to stays of more than three consecutive nights.

The launch leans into Australia’s growing pet-owning market and pup-friendly hotels, giving travel advisors a clear segment to sell to: clients who want a city weekend without leaving the dog behind, or boarding it.
Crystalbrook Vincent General Manager Shaun Allen said the new package reflects how guests are travelling now.

“At Crystalbrook Vincent, we’re surrounded by the best bits of Brisbane: the river, the bridge, the Wharves and that unbeatable outdoor lifestyle. It felt only right that dogs got an invitation, too,” he said.
It also comes as Virgin Australia increases its Pets in Cabin routes, adding Adelaide to select flights from Melbourne and the Gold Coast.
KARRYON UNPACKS: With half of Australian households owning a dog, the pet-friendly weekend is something Brisbane has been short on for luxury options with the four-legged family member. For advisors, it is an easy add-on for domestic city breaks where leaving the dog behind is the deal-breaker.
