Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia is now offering more ways to experience the world-first sound, light and drone extravaganza with a third-nightly show, Wintjiri Wiru Twilight, added to the daily lineup in Uluṟu along with new pricing and food options for kids.
Since its launch in May 2023, the Wintjiri Wiru cultural storytelling experience has wowed global visitors, prompting strong demand for an additional show.
Wintjiri Wiru Twilight will join the three-hour Sunset Dinner and 1.5-hour After Dark shows in the same purpose-built theatre with views out to Uluṟu and Kata Tjuta.
In addition, Voyages has introduced pricing for children aged five to 15 years and age-appropriate hampers to allow kids to join the unique cultural experience.
Prices start from AUD$190 for adults and $95 for children. The Sunset Dinner experience is AUD$385 for adults and $125 for children.
Wintjiri Wiru, which means “beautiful view out to the horizon” in the local Pitjantjatjara language, brings a chapter of the ancestral Mala story to life through choreographed drones, lasers and projections against the night sky.
Voyages CEO Matthew Cameron-Smith said they have been overwhelmed by the positive response to Wintjiri Wiru.
“The feedback for Wintjiri Wiru has absolutely blown us away. Our guests are telling us they feel privileged to share in the Mala story in this way,” he said.
“We’re thrilled to be able to offer even more ways to experience Wintjiri Wiru with our new Twilight show together with dedicated offerings for kids.”
