Singapore Airlines has a new global brand campaign – Welcome to World Class – that highlights its commitment to the customer via the airline’s iconic and multicultural cabin crew as they showcase exceptional service across the entire travel journey.

Singapore Airlines cabin crew takes a starring role in the hero 90-second campaign video that spotlights their personal experiences with passengers from around the world.

Filmed in Singapore, Auckland, Barcelona, Mumbai and Shanghai and directed by Australian filmmaker Liz Murphy, the uplifting and emotive video uses a behind-the-scene concept to show the SG crew’s connection with the carrier’s customers.

The airline used in-depth research to measure global brand perception, using the findings to create a multimedia campaign that would resonate with customers worldwide.

Singapore Airlines Executive VP Commercial Lee Lik Hsin said: “Service excellence is deeply ingrained in our DNA and our customers are at the heart of everything we do.”

The Welcome to World Class campaign will roll out across TV, print, digital, out-of-home (OOH) and social media.
