1. Soap Concierge, Viceroy Riviera Maya, Mexico

post
Relaxation or invigoration? After a long day of travelling, there’s a soap for every occasion at the newly refurbished Viceroy.   The soap concierge will visit you upon arrival and offer a variety of organic soaps made in the nearby Mayan communities.

The scents change according to the seasons (melon in Spring and cinnamon in Winter), each with its own healing benefits.

2. Mixologist, Surrey Hotel, New York

A service that James Bond himself would be impressed with.  Within minutes of your call, the 24-hour in-room mixologist will arrive at your door with a fully-stocked cart. First select your drink of choice, will that be shaken or stirred?

Next, the mixologist will demonstrate the ways of whipping-up a round so guests can then re-create their own cocktails. The bartender then exits the room, leaving the cart behind for the guests to enjoy!

3. Surf Butler, St Regis Monarch Beach Resort, California

A butler, but not as you know it. These experts and trained lifeguards will take your exact measurements before fitting you out with the perfect wetsuit and board.  For first time Gidgets and Moondoggies, the butler will also offer personalised surf instructions.

For the more experienced beach babes, they’ll share local wave conditions and secret breaks in the area.

4. Tanning Butler, Ritz Carlton, South Beach

If you thought you’d heard it all, Miguel is a qualified and trademarked SPF specialist whose sole job is to aid guests in maximising their tans and minimising sun damage.

From 11am to 3pm each day, Miguel strolls the pool deck and assists guests with sun protection products.  He’ll even apply the sunscreen for you and clean your sunglasses afterwards.
