Accor will debut Treasure Island – TI Las Vegas Hotel & Casino, Handwritten Collection in late 2025, representing the French hospitality group’s largest hotel in the world and its first property in Las Vegas.
The 2,884-key hotel overlooks the famed Las Vegas Strip and will be the group’s second Handwritten Collection property in the US, following Hotel Stratford San Francisco last year.
Treasure Island – TI Las Vegas Hotel & Casino will operate under a franchise agreement between Treasure Island and Accor under the group’s midscale brand of curated hotels.
The property will retain the pirate-themed design and whimsical personality of the hotel, inspired by the classic tale by Robert Louise Stevenson, inviting guests to rediscover their childhood spirit.
The hotel also recently underwent a multi-million-dollar refresh, blending contemporary comfort with thoughtful design that spotlights the energy of Las Vegas.
Guestrooms and suites provide views of the Strip, Sphere Las Vegas and beyond to the Spring Mountains, while interiors include pillowtop beds, generous bathtubs or whirlpools, marble finishes and luxe amenities.
Standout hotel features include the lobby overlooking a tropical pool, the luxurious Oleksandra Spa & Salon and Mystère – the original Las Vegas Cirque du Soleil show.
The hotel offers 10 distinct dining venues and eight upscale lounges and bars, including Phil’s Steak House, Golden Circle Sports Bar and the popular Gilley’s Saloon, Dance Hall & Bar-B-Que, and connects to the city’s largest shopping mall, Fashion Show Las Vegas.
Many of the hotel’s best-known features and perks, conceived by Treasure Island owner Phil Ruffin, will continue, such as free valet and self-parking.
Ruffin said: “Treasure Island has long held a special place in the story of Las Vegas and I am certain that Handwritten Collection will further enrich its legacy and attract new generations of guests and visitors. This next chapter brings new energy to the resort while preserving its unmistakable spirit.”
Accor Global Chief Development Officer Camil Yazbeck said only in Vegas could such a collaboration of this scale and significance come together.
