Crystalbrook Collection has appointed Tara Sullivan as the new Group Director of Food & Beverage to elevate the dining experience across its portfolio of 5-star, sustainable resorts and hotels across Australia.
Overseeing Crystalbrook Collection’s 17 distinctive restaurants and bars, Sullivan steps into the role as the brand continues to shape upscale yet approachable dining experiences.
A hospitality industry stalwart, Sullivan brings more than 25 years’ experience of leading diverse teams and crafting exceptional guest experiences, including a recent position as COO at Lotus Dining Group, where she played a key role in strategic expansion and hotel partnerships.
She has also held leadership roles at The Grounds Group and Solotel, overseeing their diverse and large-scale operations.
