Luxperience 2024 will close registrations at the end of August for luxury travel advisors interested to attend the four-day event in November.
Local and international advisors now have four weeks remaining, until the end of August, to register to attend the event being hosted at Sydney’s ICC between 19 – 22 November.
Advisor attendees can take part in 15-minute, one-on-one personal appointments with luxury travel suppliers and exhibiting brands – matching through an appointment diary system.
Luxperience Event Director, Lynn Ormiston, says she has been overwhelmed with the quality of both advisors and partners for this year’s event, stating that the final one, two and three-day Luxperience passes are filling fast.
“Luxperience is known for the quality of appointments,” said Ormiston.
“We know that the time and investment of all guests is extremely valuable, however our difference is the ‘uncompromising’ approach we take to finding the perfect match for luxury travel lovers to make connections and create business opportunities,” she said.
“We measure success by the feedback of our buyers and our partners, who are asked to rate the value of the relationships formed and potential value of future business opportunities,” said Ormiston.
Guest Experience Manager, Lauren Dunemann, confirmed that with registrations remaining open for just four more weeks, she anticipated filling the final places ahead of schedule, knowing the quality of luxury advisors and travel professionals in the Australian market.
“I would encourage any luxury travel advisors and agencies to register as quickly as possible. Once we close or fill registrations, we are unable to re-open as our appointment-matching premise is critical. The right ratio of global and national advisors must synchronise with our luxury and unique travel suppliers,” said Dunemann.
“Our global numbers have been confirmed for several weeks, however we are still holding places for national travel professionals, particularly those residing in Sydney and New South Wales. Our incredible famil programs are almost full and we are anticipating a record-breaking event from the quality of partners to buyers and the number of incredible famils for our guests, pre and post Luxperience,” she said.
Lynn Ormiston outlined that there will be more announcements to follow over the next few weeks in the lead up to the luxury trade showcase.
Luxperience 2024 will double the size of its famil program this year.
This year’s event will also see the return and relaunch of the Luxperience Awards, with the winners announced at an event taking place on Tuesday 19 November at Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour. Karryon Luxury’s Katrina Holden will be taking part in the Awards judging panel.
Flight Centre Travel Group acquired Luxperience in April 2023.
