The Luxury Travel Collection (LTC) has welcomed eight of New Zealand’s leading independent luxury agencies to its membership, marking its largest New Zealand expansion to date.
The Luxury Travel Collection has brought Complete Ltd and eight New Zealand luxury travel agencies into its community, extending the group’s reach across both sides of the Tasman.
Joining the Complete group are: ATPI Travel, Bon Voyage Cruises & Travel, Cruise Connections, Holland Clarke & Beatson Travel, Stars Travel International (Auckland), Stars Travel International (New Plymouth), The Private Travel Company and Travel Connections.
Collectively, the businesses represent a cross-section of New Zealand’s respected independent luxury agencies, adding scale to LTC’s market presence and opening new avenues for member collaboration, education, and luxury partnerships across the region.
On-the-ground leadership
The membership is underpinned by dedicated in-market representation through the head of luxury brands NZ, Kelly de Graaf, giving members and partners local expertise tailored to the New Zealand luxury landscape.
The expansion follows what LTC describes as another landmark year, capped by its recent 2026 Luxury Product Showcase in Brisbane, with the group reporting double-digit member growth year on year since launching in December 2023.
What the leaders say

LTC general manager Nikki Glading said the Complete membership represented another significant milestone in the group’s long-term vision.
“LTC has always believed the future of luxury travel belongs to communities, not networks – communities that invest in their members, champion their partners, and continually raise the standard for the industry.
“That’s exactly why this membership feels so natural. Complete shares our ambition to raise the standard of luxury travel across Australia and New Zealand, and together we can offer members far greater collective scale and influence than any network alone. This membership creates greater opportunities for our members, our partners and the discerning travellers we collectively serve.”
Complete Ltd founder Malcolm MacLeod said the deal was built on a genuine alignment of values, “Complete was built on the belief that good people, exceptional product and a strong culture are the foundations of successful travel businesses. From our earliest conversations, it was clear LTC shared those same values.”
“Our agencies wanted more than a network; they wanted world-leading partnerships, meaningful education and the strength that comes from a genuine community. LTC offered exactly that, and was the natural fit,” said MacLeod.
KARRYON UNPACKS: Luxury Travel Collection’s move signals that the luxury membership battle is now firmly trans-Tasman, with dedicated New Zealand leadership rather than remote support becoming the differentiator. For advisors joining through Complete, it converts a loose, independent standing into collective buying power and partner access, and adds more scale behind New Zealand’s high-end sellers.
