Mondrian Gold Coast’s two new Beach Houses are now available to book, complementing the recently opened 208-key, 5-star lifestyle hotel with barefoot luxury residences, private amenities and bespoke experiences.
The two- and three-bedroom Beach Houses are designed to offer self-contained residences with the service of a world-class hotel for families, groups or those seeking space and privacy.

Each two-level residence embraces indoor-outdoor living with beachfront views and features direct street-level access from the Esplanade via the hotel lobby along with a VIP entrance.

Guests receive personalised service from a dedicated host, expedited in-suite check-in, curated gourmet welcome basket, daily à la carte breakfast at the onsite LiTO all-day restaurant and tailored experiences ranging from private chefs and shopping to CIEL spa appointments.

Accommodating up to four guests, the 242sqm two-bedroom residence includes one king and one twin/king bedroom, both with ensuites, a private magnesium plunge pool, expansive terrace, standalone bar and full kitchen from AUD$3,999 per night.

The 244sqm three-bedroom Beach House hosts up to six guests with two king and one twin/king bedrooms from AUD$4,299 per night.

Both Beach Houses can also be combined into a 244sqm five-bedroom retreat.
The new additions follow the official opening of Mondrian Gold Coast in June 2025, bringing new luxury energy to the holiday hotspot and marking the brand’s debut in Australia.

The luxury hotel also offers Studios, one- and two-bedroom Suites, two- and three-bedroom Homes and the three-bedroom Sky House on level 24 – all designed by LA-based Studio Carter.
