When it comes to dining, LiTO, the ground-floor Italian all-dayer by ex-Uccello chef Andrea Morigi, sets the tone with wood-fired breads, lobster bucatini and post-surf espresso. Meanwhile, Haven, the third-floor restaurant and poolside hangout by Aaron Teece, brings the buzz with share plates, cocktails and live music against panoramic coastal views.
Beyond the culinary offering, Mondrian Gold Coast aims to set a new benchmark for wellness.
