Regent Seven Seas adds 56 new shore excursions across Europe for its 2026 festive season sailings

Regent Seven Seas has released 56 new shore excursions and five multi-day pre- and post-cruise land programs for the 2026 holiday season, all themed around European festive traditions.

Regent Seven Seas has released 56 new shore excursions and five multi-day pre- and post-cruise land programs for the 2026 holiday season, all themed around European festive traditions.

The ultra-luxury line has built a program of Christmas-market tours and multi-day land stays around its first full winter in the Mediterranean, spanning three ships, Seven Seas Navigator, Voyager and the maiden voyage of Seven Seas Prestige.

Prestige is the luxury cruise line’s first new ship class in a decade and will be 40 per cent larger than any other Regent ship and accommodate only 10 per cent more guests.

The five land programs are exclusive to Seven Seas Navigator itineraries and mark the line’s first full winter season in the Mediterranean, visiting festive markets in Barcelona, Rome and Tuscany.

The festive programming

The itineraries lean into regional Christmas customs: a private flamenco performance and a nativity display at Málaga Cathedral on Seven Seas Prestige‘s 14-night maiden sailing from Barcelona to Miami; illuminated landmarks in Limassol on a 10-night Seven Seas Voyager voyage from Istanbul to Athens; and a tasting of the 13 Desserts of Christmas in Marseille on a 14-night Seven Seas Navigator run from Barcelona to Rome.

The land programs include a three-night Catalonia stay from Barcelona, three nights across Rome and Viterbo, and a Tuscany escape taking in Florence, Val d’Orcia and a wine tasting at Montepulciano’s Christmas market.

Onboard, the holiday period brings Christmas trees, floral displays, gingerbread villages, a menorah lighting, seasonal menus and festive performances.

“There really is no better way to celebrate the holiday season than with an ultra-luxury cruise with Regent,” says Regent Seven Seas Cruises president Wesley D’Silva.

“The passion and traditions of the Mediterranean are in full force during the Christmas season, and these elevated tours have been designed to entice and excite discerning travellers ahead of the holiday season, allowing our guests to be completely immersed in the spirit.”
