The Luxury Travel Collection announces its new Member Portfolio

The Luxury Travel Collection, the house of luxury brands that sit within the FCTG Luxury Leisure Travel Division, has unveiled its new Member Portfolio.

The Luxury Travel Collection, the house of luxury brands that sit within the FCTG Luxury Leisure Travel Division, has unveiled its new Member Portfolio.

The foundation cohort of luxury member brands officially joined the group on 1 December 2023.

The new Member Portfolio includes travel luminaries Carole and Phil Smethurst with Bicton Travel and Claremont Travel & Cruise; Stuart Ingram and Destination HQ; Stephen Green and Travel Experts; and Hilary and Holly Weir of Dream Maker Travel.

From 1 February 2024, Robyn and Murray Sinfield and Home Travel Company will also join.

The Luxury Travel Collection’s Member Portfolio is by personal invitation, and based on shared values of “influence, distinction, vision, dynamism and empowerment”, according to the group. Members are defined by their proven luxury credentials, a reputation for luxury, an alignment to luxury business values, among other criteria. 

Dani Galloway, the Global Managing Director of the Luxury Travel Collection says this celebrated group of professionals, under the Member Portfolio banner, will complement Travel Associates and Scott Dunn in the luxury market.

The Luxury Travel Collection’s Member Portfolio will be headed up by General Manager, Nikki Glading, who joined the business in May.

The FCTG Luxury Leisure Travel Division brands includes the Travel Associates brand in Australia and New Zealand; Scott Dunn, in the UK, USA and Singapore, and now the new Luxury Travel Collection  Member Portfolio.  Industry event Luxperience, is also part of the Luxury Travel Collection portfolio.

Flight Centre Travel Group is also part of the invitation-only group Link Travel Group  – a joint venture that began in May 2022 between FCTG, The Goldman Group and The Spencer Group of Companies. The collective now comprises 15 members and 21 outlets, with a 22nd outlet to be announced imminently.
