The ‘Wine Capital of Australia, Adelaide Hills, will soon present the ultimate in luxury as AccorHotels plans to open new ‘Sequoia’ villas in the destination. And they’re coming, very soon!
Not only does South Australia shine with their local produce and spectacular wines, but now the other states have something else to compete with. AccorHotels have announced the new MGallery boutique villas.
Mount Lofty House is part of AccorHotels’ MGallery by Sofitel brand and is currently undergoing a AU$14 million dollar upgrade that will see construction of the new Stables Day Spa, a heritage inspired entry to the estate and a multi-award wining Hardy’s Verandah Restaurant.
All rooms at the property will also be refurbished and is due for completion in February 2019. The upgrades will make the house an all-suite hotel.
Sitting separately to the award-winning Mount Lofty House, ‘Sequoia’ will present uninterrupted views of Piccadilly Valley and will rival some of the best boutique hotels in Australia.
This unique boutique hotel is in the final stages of redevelopment and will include 15 luxury villas.
“Construction has now started on Sequoia and we are all incredibly excited by the development as it will add an entirely new level of guest experience on the estate which has been synonymous with decadence and celebration in Adelaide for 170 years”.
Jesse Kornoff, General Manager of Mount Lofty House
The history alone in the region is truly unique and the location being 15 minutes from Adelaide CBD, makes this the perfect getaway for locals and visitors.
