Two Australian hotels named in World's 50 Best Hotels 2025

Two Australian hotels, Capella Sydney and The Calile Hotel in Brisbane, have been named on the coveted World's 50 Best Hotels 2025 list.

Two Australian hotels, Capella Sydney and The Calile Hotel in Brisbane, have been named on the coveted World’s 50 Best Hotels 2025 list.

The respected list is the go-to for the best hotels in the world, created by ‘The World’s 50 Best Hotels Academy’, an influential group of more than 600 global industry experts.

It’s the third year in a row The Calile Hotel has made the list, which was also one of 35 Australian hotels to recently be awarded a Michelin Key.

The Calile Hotel Co-owner Catherine Malouf says to have been selected three years in a row marks a significant affirmation of The Calile’s place on the global hotel-industry stage.

“As a family-run business, this acknowledgement is a testament to the values and standards that our team continues to deliver, and we are humbled to again represent Australia and our region.”
