Who Took Home the Oscars at Virtuoso's APAC awards?

The stars of luxury travel were gathered yesterday in Sydney for the Virtuoso APAC Luxury Awards – aka the Oscars of luxury and high-end travel advisors and products.

The stars of luxury travel were gathered yesterday in Sydney for the Virtuoso APAC Luxury Awards – aka the Oscars of luxury and high-end travel advisors and products.

Held at the stylish Waterfront Restaurant at The Rocks, the inaugural Virtuoso APAC Luxury Awards recognises the performance of travel advisors and luxury product in the last 12 months in 16 different categories.

Key measures include overall revenue and growth.

“Our awards purely reflect performance, so winners of the Virtuoso APAC Luxury Awards highlight the travel advisors and products servicing customers at the highest level, and who are seeing fantastic results in return.”

The winners of yesterday’s awards included Hawaii’s Halekulani for achieving highest Global Hotel Revenue out of the region, and Goldman Travel for Hotel Sales Revenue.

Other winners included The Goring in London, Jean-Michel Cousteau Resort in Fiji, and Qualia in Queensland.

Virtuoso recently stepped up its local investment in the Asia Pacific region this month with a new dedicated regional office based in Sydney.
