Entire Travel Group has today launched a new dynamic itinerary and documentation solution for bespoke holiday packages. What’s more, Entire has dropped its $100 pre-commitment payment for all customised packages.

Entire Travel Group Sales and Marketing Director Greg McCallum said travel advisors “booking a customised holiday package now have access to full colour, day-by-day itineraries, featuring their agent logo and downloadable as pdf documents”.

“But in addition, they will have the ability to view the itinerary and travel documents via their desktop, mobile device or using an App – allowing changes to be made dynamically, in real-time for speed and efficiency,” he added.

Meanwhile, Entire’s $100 deposit payment, which was introduced in early 2021 to help the company manage the lean times doing the pandemic, will be removed effective immediately.

“Like all travel companies we were then operating with limited resources and needed to ensure we maintained our service levels,” McCallum said.

“Since then, we have steadily rebuilt, most recently by adding seven new full-time members to our Canada, Islands and Europe sales teams.

“At the same time, we’ve been delighted to see that our travel agent partners, as part of their own efforts to optimise efficiency, have adopted a firmer approach to qualifying leads.

“As a result, we are confident that a pre-commitment charge is no longer necessary and want to thank our trade partners for supporting us throughout this transition period.”

It’s been a busy time of late for Entire … at the back end of last year, the company also enhanced its travel advisor website at entiretravel.com.au in response to travel advisor feedback and high traffic.

It also added a new business development manager, Roberta Abbondanza.
