One of Australia’s experiential luxury travel pioneers, The Tailor is celebrating 25 years of handcrafting Australian journeys in 2024 with a bespoke itinerary that highlights unique and iconic destinations, legends and landmarks.

The Tailor’s commemorative Iconic Australia: Sea, City & Culture itinerary is a 28-day journey from Sydney to Cairns, and will run year-round.

It takes in stunning locations; such as Kangaroo Island, Great Barrier Reef and the Kimberley, along with 5-star properties, including Capella Sydney, Longitude 131°, Lizard Island Resort and the newly reopened Southern Ocean Lodge.

Adelaide-based Founder & Managing Director Drew Kluska established The Tailor as a full-service travel design company dedicated to off-the-beaten-path travel with a 5-star edge in 1998.

He said the new handcrafted itinerary leverages the company’s extensive collective knowledge and expertise to deliver a truly transformative adventure.

“The best journeys are built on providing privileged access to special people, incredible destinations and once-in-a-lifetime experiences,” Mr Kluska said.

“It’s an itinerary built around legendary people and iconic Australian luxury brands, like Paspaley Pearls, R.M. Williams and Baillie Lodges.

“Another highlight of this journey is the ability to visit four of the most significant rock art styles in Australia,” he added.

As the business marks this milestone, it looks back with nostalgia and forward with anticipation and recognises its success is attributed to The Tailor team and its suppliers and travel partners.

“Together, we have significantly shaped the Australian luxe experiential industry and we look forward to continuing this remarkable journey of excellence with their invaluable collaboration,” he said.
