Movers + Shakers: Travel Associates adds FCTG luxury leader Rin Jensen to helm Qld & NSW ops

Travel Associates has named luxury travel expert Rindala (Rin) Jensen as its new Head of Operations for Queensland and NSW.

Travel Associates has named luxury travel expert Rindala (Rin) Jensen as its new Head of Operations for Queensland and NSW.

Jensen steps into the role after nearly two decades at Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG), most recently leading operations for Flight Centre Luxury and Round the World Travel. She now takes charge of two of Travel Associates’ most high-performing teams.

The leadership change comes as the business retools its operational structure to support growth in Australia and New Zealand.

Two new head of operations roles have been introduced to drive consistency, performance and customer excellence across the brand.

“She’s consistently delivered exceptional commercial results, led Australia’s most profitable and improved teams, and driven performance globally – all while deeply investing in the people around her.

“What sets Rin apart is her unwavering passion for luxury, her innate understanding of what defines a high-touch experience, and her ability to build cultures of excellence. Her leadership is a significant asset as we accelerate our vision for the brand.”

According to Travel Associates, the move signals a renewed focus on scaling curated travel services as demand for luxury travel continues to rise.

“We’re entering a new chapter of refinement, innovation and elevated service,” Kingswell adds.

“With leaders like Rin at the helm, I’m confident we will continue to not only set the standard in luxury, but redefine it as the luxury leaders.”

Travel Associates was recently nominated for the Most Outstanding Branded Travel Agency Group category at the 2025 National Travel Industry Awards (NTIA).
