CT Partners’ 2025 Annual Conference officially takes off in Singapore this Wednesday, uniting some of Australia’s top independent travel businesses and supplier partners for three days of strategy, inspiration and connection.
Running from 29–31 October, this year’s event carries the theme ‘Resilience & Reinvention’ and will welcome a record 105 delegates, including 60 member representatives, 36 supplier partners, and special guest Dean Long, CEO of the Australian Travel Industry Association (ATIA).
The packed program promises a mix of business strategy sessions, market insights, innovation showcases and networking opportunities, all with a dash of Singaporean flavour.
Delegates will also experience cultural highlights designed to showcase a more unexpected side of the Lion City.

Keynote speaker Ben Pronk, a decorated former SAS Commander and leadership advisor, will headline the event. Known for his expertise in resilience, high-performance decision-making and leadership under pressure, Pronk now serves as Executive-in-Residence at the Australian Graduate School of Management and Patron of the Military Art Program Australia.
The conference will close in spectacular style with a gala dinner at Gardens by the Bay, where the Ian Edwards Award will be presented. Introduced in 2022 in memory of Edwards – a driving force behind CT Partners – the award honours a supplier partner who goes above and beyond in supporting members.
Following a strong showing at the 2025 National Travel Industry Awards (NTIA), where several CT Partners members including ATPI Australia, CT Connections, The Incentive Lab, TravelManagers and Sanford International Travel’s Sarah Hackett were recognised, the network heads into Singapore with serious momentum and a shared sense of purpose.

“After seeing so many of our members recognised at the NTIAs, there’s a real sense of pride heading into Singapore,” CT Partners CEO Matt Masson said.
“This conference is about celebrating that success face-to-face, sharing the journey, and strengthening the ties and knowledge that power the network.
“There’s nothing quite like having our members and partners all in one room. The energy, the generosity of knowledge-sharing and the sense of shared momentum – it’s what sets CT Partners apart.”
CT Partners is Australia’s third-largest travel-buying group with 33 independent corporate and premium leisure travel members.
