Long-time Oceania and Regent exec Lisa Pile has been promoted to Vice President Sales & General Manager Asia Pacific for Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises, taking on an expanded remit to shore up strategic growth opportunities in the region.
The newly created Oceania and Regent role sees Pile step into the dual leadership position across the sister brands to oversee all commercial, sales and strategic initiatives in Asia Pacific, strengthening both brands’ presence in this dynamic luxury travel market.
Together, the two brands will offer a range of luxury travel experiences within the Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings portfolio. Under her guidance, Pile will elevate the luxury cruise lines within the market while preserving each brand’s distinct identity and value proposition.

Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises Senior Vice President International & Consumer Sales Steve Odell said: “I am delighted to announce this expanded remit for Lisa across our vitally important Asia Pacific markets.”
“Lisa brings a wealth of experience from her distinguished career, not only within cruise, but across the wider luxury hospitality sector, ensuring both Oceania Cruises and Regent are exceptionally well‑positioned for the future.”

Pile has more than 10 years’ experience across Oceania and Regent and brings extensive insight into Asia’s diverse luxury travel markets from roles in Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Bangkok and Singapore.
This expertise makes her perfectly positioned to drive expansion and engagement for both brands among luxury travellers, trade partners and emerging luxury markets.
“I’m excited about the opportunity to position both Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises at the forefront of the industry, showcasing a diverse mix of unparalleled cruise experiences,” Pile said.

Pile said a key focus will be deepening the brands’ relationship with travel advisors by sharing tools, support and insights.
“Together, we will drive meaningful growth for both brands and further strengthen our leadership in this rapidly expanding luxury market,” she said.
Director of Sales Australia and New Zealand James Sitters will continue to lead the Oceania Cruises team, now reporting to Pile in her expanded role.
