Addition of mega-villas means Six Senses Fiji now has the most luxury residences in the country

Six Senses Fiji has opened three four- to six-bedroom exclusive beachfront ‘residences’ in the Mamanuca archipelago, bringing its total to 16 – which means it now has the most luxury residences in the popular tropical destination.

Six Senses Fiji has opened three four- to six-bedroom exclusive beachfront ‘residences’ in the Mamanuca archipelago, bringing its total to 16 – which means it now has the most luxury residences in the popular tropical destination.

The three new mega-villas mark what the resort says is “a significant milestone in its evolution as Fiji’s premier destination for luxury multi-generational stays and exclusive group escapes”.

Forming an exclusive beachfront enclave, the newly opened residences are set along one of the island’s most secluded stretches, each with direct access to a private beach and marina.

Each residence also has expansive indoor–outdoor living, private pools, dedicated ‘guest experience makers’, manicured lawns for private dinners, open-air cabanas, marina views, fire pits and uninterrupted ocean views.

Given the residences were created for multi-gen (and group) travel, there’s also a complimentary nanny service for up to eight hours daily.

Each was designed with sustainability at its core, incorporating natural materials, energy-efficient systems and local craftsmanship, celebrating Fijian culture.

The property also has three restaurants, a deli and ice creamery serving homemade ice cream. There’s also a spa set within the jungle with an alchemy bar where you can create your own facial, body scrubs and essential oils.

A snapshot of each residence:

  • Residence 51 – Serenity by the Marina

A five-bedroom beachfront mega-villa (for up to 10 people) with views of both the beach and marina. There’s also a central garden courtyard, gym and outdoor fire pit perfect for evenings under the stars.

  • Residence 52 – Coastal Living Reimagined

A six-bedroom beachfront pool residence, this is the only villa within the collection to feature an upper level where there’s a bunk suite. This residence includes a dedicated kids’ pool, large beachfront lawn and shaded cabana.

  • Residence 53 – Private Beachfront Seclusion

Set in a quiet corner of the resort with only one neighbouring residence and direct access to the private beach, exclusive to guests of these three villas, it has four ensuite bedrooms and flexible living spaces that can convert to a fifth bedroom. There’s also a lawn-framed pool and deck.
