Princess Cruises has appointed Louise O’Hare as state manager NSW and ACT, adding more than 20 years of travel industry experience to its Australian trade sales team.
O’Hare steps into the role responsible for supporting travel advisors across New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory, connecting with partners to help grow their cruise business with the line.
She joins Princess Cruises after a career spanning reservations, ticketing, sales support, business development and account management.

Who is Louise O’Hare
O’Hare most recently spent more than a decade with Emirates, working closely with key travel partners across the leisure, corporate and wholesale sectors.
According to Princess, Louise is known for a people-first approach and a passion for the trade, and is eager to connect with partners across the state as she takes on the new role.

“I’m excited to be joining Princess Cruises and look forward to working alongside our travel partners to create new opportunities and drive success together,” O’Hare remarks.
Last week, Princess Cruises confirmed Grand Princess will arrive in Brisbane in just over 100 days, becoming the cruise line’s next year-round ship in Australia as it marks 50 years of cruising Down Under.
KARRYON UNPACKS: A dedicated state manager with a long airline background gives NSW and ACT travel advisors a familiar point of contact for Princess product, training and sales support. In a relationship-driven trade, a new face who already knows the partner networks tends to translate quickly into on-the-ground help.
