TIME recently held its first graduation and induction networking event since the start of the pandemic; welcoming its newest intake of mentees and congratulating graduates from Programs 41, 42 & 43.

The event, generously hosted by Accor at the Sofitel Wentworth Hotel in Sydney brought together TIME
mentors, mentees, sponsors and supporters to celebrate, reflect and network for the first time in 18
months and listen to the Guest Speaker for the evening, Dean Long CEO AFTA.

Penny Spencer, TIME program founder, said it was a “great evening” and “without doubt one of the best
we’ve had especially following a very difficult period for the industry.”

“The graduates’ speeches on this occasion were particularly entertaining, meaningful and memorable,” added Penny.
