When Qantas began talking about its new Learning Hub, which has forever changed the learning experience for thousands of agents, we all knew they were destined for success.

And our intuitions have proven to be correct.

The AFTA list of 2017 National Travel Industry Award (NTIA) nominees are out, and along with five other nominations Qantas received this year, they’ve been nominated in the ‘Best Travel Agent Technology Innovation’ category for the Qantas Learning Hub.

Qantas features

They’ve got hot competition this year with 14 other nominees in the category for which Qantas currently holds the 2016 title for their Groups Travel Website. We bet they’ll be looking for a back to back win in this category and with over 1600 agents signed up to the Learning Hub in its first year, we like their chances!

This new digital platform has changed the game by putting agents in charge of their own learning and promotes a great return on investment for time spent on upskilling. Agents can choose when they’ll learn, what they’ll learn, and how they learn it – all in the palm of their hand.

We’ve also heard rumours of a ‘Phase Two’ coming that will see consultants have even more choice! We are talking – more personalisation to the dashboard, interactive videos, user-generated content and access to upcoming Qantas events and incentives.

Exciting stuff indeed!

But just in case you still don’t know much about the Qantas Learning Hub, check out some of our previous articles on the hub HERE or go check it out yourself at Qantas.com/learninghub
