Virtuoso has announced a preferred agreement with Collette, with the “guest-centric” tour operator joining more than 2,200 luxury travel providers.

Collette joins Virtuoso’s collection of luxury hotels, resorts, cruise lines, airlines, tour operators and other suppliers worldwide, which spans more than 2,200 preferred suppliers.

Virtuoso Partnerships Director Australia & New Zealand, Evan Pierce, expressed “Collette’s guest-centric and proactive approach to providing refunds over the last two years is very impressive.

Last month Virtuoso also announced 12 new Australian and New Zealand partners would be joining its exclusive portfolio.

These included Shangri-La The Marina; Sofitel Auckland Viaduct Harbour; Sofitel Fiji Resort and Spa; Sofitel Queenstown Hotel and Spa; Sofitel Wellington; The Fullerton Hotel Sydney; The Reef House Boutique Hotel and Spa; and The Old Clare Hotel.

In addition, the company also welcomed into the network four tour operators, including Australian Geographic Travel, Australian Luxury Escapes, Crooked Compass and Renaissance Tours.
