Brand USA, in partnership with Hawaiian Airlines, has revealed the Australian winner of a return trip to the US West Coast as part of the brand’s most successful trade incentive – Big Badge Bonanza.
The winning Travel Agent and their favourite travel buddy will go to one of nine US West Coast cities on the Hawaiian Airlines network via Honolulu.
And that lucky Agent is… Shelley Bourke from Flight Centre in Byron Bay, NSW.

The Big Badge Bonanza was designed to equip agents with USA knowledge through Brand USA’s official training site – the USA Discovery Program.
Running over two months, consultants qualified for the incentive by registering and completing any four badges to gain an entry. Each additional badge completed gave agents a bonus entry into the draw to win.
Through this incentive, 593 new users signed up for the Discovery Program training site across Australia and New Zealand, with a total of 3,395 individual badge completions across both markets – an incremental increase of 28 per cent as a direct result of the incentive.

The randomised drawing of the winner was conducted under strict supervision by a third-party contractor.
