The Australian chapter of the European Travel Commission (ETC) is the headline sponsor for the Council of Australian Tour Operators (CATO) Industry Christmas Lunch on 7 December 2023 in Sydney, bringing European cheer to the Down Under festivities.
ETC’s Australian Chapter Chair Sofia Hansson said the organisation of national tourism boards is delighted to partner with CATO for the 2023 Industry Christmas Lunch.
Australian chapter members Atout France, Austrian National Tourist Office, Tourism Ireland, Italian National Tourist Board, Visit Monaco, Switzerland Tourism, Spain Tourism Board and Visit Portugal will also partner with ETC and CATO for 2024 and beyond.
“This event provides an excellent platform to showcase the wonders of Europe, including our stunning landscapes, rich heritage and culture. The continued focus on sustainability and sustainable travel is a key part of ETC’s Horizon 2022 marketing strategy,” she said.
“The NTO members look forward to connecting with the industry and highlighting some of the exciting experiences Australian travellers can enjoy when they visit Europe.”
