Movers + Shakers: Julie Pratt rejoins Helloworld as National Sales Manager

Helloworld Travel has welcomed Julie Pratt back to the company and the travel industry as the new National Sales Manager for its branded and associate retail networks, effective from 7 April 2025.

Helloworld Travel has welcomed Julie Pratt back to the company and the travel industry as the new National Sales Manager for its branded and associate retail networks, effective from 7 April 2025.

Pratt returns to Helloworld Travel after serving as Partnership Manager at nib group for 2.5 years and a stint as Sales Manager with Silversea Cruises for Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania.

Her previous tenure with HLO was as Business Manager for Victoria, where she was recognised as a Salesperson of the Year finalist at the Women in Travel Awards.

With more than 20 years’ travel industry, her career includes key sales manager roles at The Travel Corporation and STA Travel.

HLO Group General Manager Retail Nick Sutherland shared his enthusiasm for Pratt’s return.

“We are delighted to welcome Julie back to the Helloworld agent network. Her extensive industry experience, deep understanding of the retail travel sector and passion for building strong relationships will be a great asset to our team,” he said.

Pratt, who will be based in HLO’s South Melbourne office, said: “It truly feels like coming home!”

Helloworld also announced a promotion for Group General Manager Marketing Melissa Warren to its Executive Management team this week.
