Luxury Travel Collection has announced Stephanie Bleakley has been appointed to the role of Head of Marketing.

Luxury Travel Collection has announced Stephanie Bleakley has been appointed to the role of Head of Marketing.

Melbourne-based Bleakley was most recently the Event Director of the Flight Centre Travel Group’s Luxury Travel & Cruise events. 

In her new role, Bleakley will report directly to Anna Burgdorf, Global Brand & Marketing Director, Luxury Travel Collection.

Bleakley started her event and marketing career in London working within the ILTM team, across the ILTM Cannes and ILTM Asia events before moving to work across the wider travel portfolio including International Golf Travel Market and as conference lead for Arabian Travel Market.

She then returned to her hometown of Melbourne to focus on more strategic marketing campaigns and growing brands within their industry verticals.

As the former Group Marketing Manager across Diversified Australia’s Non-Food Portfolio, she was responsible for leading a team of talented marketing professionals to deliver industry-leading events and digital eco-systems across their Built Environment, Energy, Sustainability, Technology and Travel Portfolios, including Luxperience, where she worked alongside Event Director Lynn Ormiston to transform the traditional Luxperience format into a wholly digital experience during the pandemic. 

After a brief time focused on consultancy work, she took the opportunity to work once again in an industry she says she is “passionate about”. 

“I’m delighted to be officially joining the LTC family and play my part in helping grow this already incredible brand into a true  powerhouse of luxury travel brands,” said Bleakley. 

“Having started my career in luxury travel, I feel incredibly fortunate that I am able to once again be part of an industry that inspires so much creativity and passion not only for those who work within it but for the travellers they serve,” she said.

“I greatly believe in the power of events and the importance that community connections and collaboration can contribute to driving everyone to thrive, and there is so much opportunity for us to do this for our incredible LTC members and products. I look forward to being a part of this next chapter for the luxury travel industry,” she said.
