Australian travel industry support businesses Destination Webinars and Travel Agent Finder have appointed Rebecca Lavender as a part-time Digital Marketing Assistant. The new role will service both growing companies in an innovative approach to current industry staffing challenges.
Ms Lavender will operate as a shared resource for online businesses Destination Webinars and Travel Agent Finder, both run by sole traders.
She brings her prior travel consultant experience along with destination marketing roles at Hawaii Tourism Board and Singapore Tourism Board.
Destination Webinars’ Charlie Trevena and Travel Agent Finder’s Anna Shannon frequently collaborate on client campaigns and work together in various capacities.
With complementary services and a commitment to travel advisors, the business allies believe a shared resource is not a conflict of interest.
