Helloworld’s Account Management team is led by Steve Brady, who has taken up the role of Group General Manager Sales.

Darren Evans, previously Viva Holidays State Manager NSW/ACT, is now Regional Manager NSW/ACT/QLD and Mick Boylan has returned to Helloworld as Regional Manager VIC/TAS/SA/WA/NT.

Account Managers rounding out the team are Kim Knight (QLD), Jackie Gordon (QLD), Jake Hilbert (VIC), Robert Klingelholler (WA/NT) and Paul Groundwater (SA/TAS).

Helloworld is still recruiting for Account Manager roles based in Sydney and Melbourne. Applications can be made via the HLO careers website here.

The team will support store-based advisors who interact with the Helloworld Group brands, including Air Tickets and wholesalers Viva Holidays, ReadyRooms and Cruiseco, as well as preferred partner relationships within the HLO network.

Mr Brady said the return of the on-the-road sales force has been in the works for a few months and everyone is very excited to have the team out and about again.

“We’ve built a strong team with diverse backgrounds from across the industry. We’re all excited to be heading in-store to support agents in this next phase of growth in the travel industry,” he said.
