HKTB Australia and New Zealand is looking for an experienced Senior Executive/Assistant Manager – Trade Marketing to join its Sydney-based marketing team.

Here’s what you’ll need to apply:
- University graduate with at least 4 years of relevant working experience, preferably gained in tourism-related fields, together with a good working knowledge of Hong Kong
- Confidence and professionalism in dealing with trade partners of the Hong Kong Tourism Board, with good communication and presentation skills
- To be self-motivated, able to work under pressure, meet essential deadlines and to contribute effectively to the team effort
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist Senior Manager, Trade Marketing with any specific trade, MICE and cruise projects and activities
- Coordinate, manage and conduct travel industry training and/or updates
- Organise HKTB and trade partner events and activities
- The rollout of marketing programs and campaigns
- Produce and distribute regular trade newsletter to travel trade in Australia and New Zealand
- Conduct sales visits in Australia and New Zealand
- Coordinate, support and host (where feasible) partially and fully hosted famils
- Manage the Hong Kong Specialist program, trade website and Partnernet for Australian and New Zealand market
- Manage and provide support for site maintenance of trade databases
- Collaborate with cruise partners on joint activities
- Attend MICE meetings and follow-up enquiries
- Manage the day-to-day logistics of key MICE shows with HKTB participation
