Outback Spirit 2022 season: Now commissionable for trade bookings

Outback Spirit has announced that, in addition to access to the 2023 season, 2022 is also now bookable and commissionable for trade.

Outback Spirit has announced that, in addition to access to the 2023 season, 2022 is also now bookable and commissionable for trade.

Since welcoming Outback Spirit to the Journey Beyond suite of brands, the company says it has developed a holistic trade approach to support trade bookings, and last month announced the 2023 Outback Spirit season is fully integrated and commissionable.

Additionally from now, to celebrate this new era of travel — and to celebrate this rare occurrence — Outback Spirit has opened its remaining allocation for the 2022 season, which is also now commissionable for travel partners.

Luke Walker, Executive General Manager for Outback Spirit, said “It is our passion to share some of Australia’s most remote and remarkable landscapes. We are committed to the recovery of our industry and are excited to be able to open the 2022 season for NEW trade bookings.”

“With unparalleled access into Arnhem Land and the most hard-to-reach regions across Australia Outback Spirit has been in the outback adventure business for over 20 years and offers more than 25 itineraries, including two new incredible Lake Eyre itineraries so guests can experience this phenomenon from a variety of perspectives—above and on land,” Mr Walker concluded.

The company says travelling with Outback Spirit means guests travel in style on luxury, state-of-the-art 4WD adventures in all-terrain Mercedes-Benz tour coaches, with stays at stunning safari camps and lodges that are highlights of the adventure in their own right.

As the only operator with permission to travel through the heart of Arnhem Land, journeying deep into the outback, and sharing spiritual lands with guests, Outback Spirit says it showcases this incredibly special part of the world on its Arnhem Land tours, taking immense pleasure in providing an insight into Australia’s ancient Indigenous culture and pristine wilderness.

Outback Spirit also offers a variety of tours in other regions across Australia, including the Kimberley, Pilbara and Southwest, Queensland’s reef and rainforest outback, including island tours, Central Australia and Corner Country, South Australia’s Eyre Peninsula and Kangaroo Island, and Tasmania.
