Switzerland Tourism’s highly anticipated Switzerland Travel Experience Roadshows (STE) are back from 8 – 16 September 2022, with five events in Australia and New Zealand.
With a focus on sustainable travel, this year’s in-person primarily centred around the country’s sustainability strategy, also known as Swisstainable.
Nine key partners from Switzerland will be joining Livio Goetz and Birgit Weingartner from Switzerland Tourism ANZ on a multi-city visit to Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney, Auckland and Christchurch, where they will meet with key industry partners, travel advisors and local media.
New to this year’s roadshow is a hybrid event in Sydney, where attendees will be treated to a thought-provoking panel discussion on the post-Covid recovery and what it means to be Swisstainable.
Highlights include ways to enjoy nature up close, how to immerse in authentic cultural experiences, where to consume the best regional produce and tips on delving deeper into the country.
The event promises to be a fun and highly engaging one with exciting product updates and news and a series of door prizes, including up to 10 spots on the December 2022 winter famil to be won.

With the steady recovery in travel to Europe reinforced by increased air capacity and booking enquiries, STE 2022 hopes to instil even more confidence in the industry that Switzerland is open and ready to welcome back Australian and New Zealand travellers.
